Kirk has had a unique career ranging from computer programmer to top sales dog to CEO. His inborn people skills and goal-oriented focus quickly accelerated him through the ranks of customer service, training and sales in high-tech companies to his first vice-president role at an early age, where his team organically grew sales 220% in the first year.

Since that time he has founded two companies and had direct responsibility for revenues in excess of $100mm and 200+ people. A master of negotiations, he has closed multi-million dollar contracts with several of the F100 including Boeing and Lockheed Martin. His BS in Engineering and Masters Degree in Business combined with front-line experience create an uncommon balance and outlook on the meaning of “Business Process”

An authentic leader and natural motivator, Kirk is now imparting his beliefs and victories in developing world-class organizations. An extreme outdoor enthusiast he couples the goals, risks and rewards of those activities to today’s business environment.
