The data was collected from the Colorado Department of Transportation for the month noted on the graph. The daily data was then averaged. For example all data for Monday's at each specific time was averaged for the month. The results is a good idea of the traffic flow volume during a particular day and time for the given month. The months selected were based on data available and the best non-tourist months so locals can plan accordingly.
